Junior Auxiliary of Franklin

Junior Auxiliary of Franklin, Inc. is a non-profit, volunteer organization of women dedicated to improving the health, welfare and education of children in Williamson County. Founded in 1983, Junior Auxiliary of Franklin is a chapter of the National Association of Junior Auxiliaries, Inc.(www.najanet.org), a national organization chartered in 1941 in Greenville, Mississippi, with a mission to improve the quality of life for local children.

What We Do

Chapter members undertake projects designed to improve the education, health and general well-being of Williamson County residents, particularly at-risk children. Some of our local projects include:

• Shoes for Souls: a program that provides new shoes for school children in need in Williamson County Schools
• Coat of Many Colors: a program that provides new coats for school children in need in Williamson County Schools
• Child Welfare: a project that provides financial and emotional support to families in need in Williamson County
• Boys and Girls Club of Franklin: a project that provides once a month meals and activities of children at the Franklin BGC
• My Friend's House: a project that provides birthday parties and gifts for boys residing at Franklin's My Friend's House
